Training Focus

At Ace Club Tennis, we believe that a well-rounded approach to training is key to unlocking your full potential. Our camps cover every aspect of performance training - from refining techniques and building physical strength to sharpening mental resilience and prioritising recovery. Each camp is carefully designed to help you elevate your game, no matter your skill level.

Forehand

Your bread-and-butter shot. Hit with your dominant hand sweeping across your body.

Backhand

Hit on the non-dominant side, variations include one-handed and two-handed backhands.

Serve

Start the point with an overhead shot to put your opponent on the defensive.

Volley

Hitting the ball in the air before it bounces requires quick reflexes and hand-eye coordination.

Footwork

Move around the court efficiently to reach shots and position yourself for advantage.

Shot consistency
